These terms govern your use of this website and the free SEO audit provided by ZIT Solution (“ZIT Solution”, “we”, “us”). By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We cannot promise rankings, traffic or revenue from a report.

The audit is an automated review of a website’s public pages. It produces scores, observations and suggestions. The results are informational. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Provide accurate contact details
- Audit only websites you own or have a legitimate reason to review
- Not use the service to overload, probe or attack any website, or to gather data in bulk
- Not attempt to bypass usage limits, security measures or the spam checks on our forms
- Not copy, resell or provide the audit to others as your own product without our written permission
We may limit or block use that appears abusive, and we may change or stop the free audit at any time.
Emails
We email you the report you requested. If you ticked the consent box we may also send follow-up emails about your report. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.
Third-party services
The audit uses third-party services, including Google PageSpeed Insights, Open PageRank and, if enabled, an AI model from Anthropic. We are not responsible for their availability or accuracy. Details are in our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The website, the audit tool and the report design belong to ZIT Solution or its licensors. You may keep and share the report generated for your own website for your own business purposes. You keep ownership of your website and its content.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ZIT Solution will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the free audit. Our total liability for any claim relating to the free audit is limited to £100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Accounts and plans
You need an account to run an audit or use our tools. Keep your password private, and give us accurate information. A free account includes one audit report. Paid plans run for 30 days from the day we confirm your payment: Pro includes a monthly allowance of audit reports and Unlimited has no audit limit. When a paid plan ends, your account returns to the free plan. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. Payments for a plan cover a 30-day period and are not refundable once the plan has been activated, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If you believe you were charged in error, email info@zitsolution.org within 7 days with your transaction ID and we will review it.
Paid services
Any paid SEO work is governed by a separate written agreement that takes priority over these terms for that work.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
