Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information ZIT Solution (“ZIT Solution”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use this website and our free SEO audit, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
What we collect
Your name, email, account password (stored hashed), payment references, the websites you audit and your IP address (to limit abuse).
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

Unsubscribe from any email, or email us to access, correct or delete your data.
What information do we collect?
- Account information: your name, email address and password when you create an account. Passwords are stored as a one-way hash.
- Payment information: when you pay for a plan by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash, the payment method, the name or account you paid from, the transaction ID and any note you add. We do not receive or store card numbers.
- Information you give us: the website address you ask us to audit, an optional phone number, and whether you agreed to receive follow-up emails.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address and the date and time of your request. We use the IP address to limit abuse and enforce daily usage limits.
- Audit results: the report generated for the website you submit, which is linked to your name and email address.
- Messages you send us: anything you include when you email or call us.
How do we use it?
- To run your audit and show and email you the report
- To notify us of your request so we can follow up about your results
- If you agreed to it, to send you up to three follow-up emails about your report, each with an unsubscribe link
- To prevent spam and abuse, and to keep the service secure
- To meet legal obligations and to improve the audit
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
What happens to the website I submit?
We read the public pages of the website you submit, as any visitor could. To produce the report we send the website address or domain to the services below. No account login or private data is accessed.

What about the free SEO tools?
The SEO tools are available to logged-in users. When you run a check, we request the website address you entered, the way any visitor would, to produce the result. We do not store those addresses or the results. To limit abuse we keep a counter against your account for up to one hour, and we count how many times each tool is used overall. The schema generator runs in your browser and sends nothing to us.
Who else processes your information?
We use service providers that help us run this website and deliver email, including our web hosting company and email delivery provider. Our providers are Hostinger (web hosting and email delivery) and, for the features described above, Google (PageSpeed Insights and Google Fonts), Anthropic (AI analysis), a search results service (Serper) and a backlink data service (DataForSEO). Payments made by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash are handled by those providers under their own terms. We do not currently use a separate customer-relationship tool. If we have connected a customer-relationship tool, your lead details are also stored there. These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google when you view them.
Do we use cookies?
The audit form itself does not set cookies. Our hosting provider, our security tools and WordPress may set cookies that are necessary to run and protect the website. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How long do we keep your information?
We keep audit requests and reports for 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you unsubscribe from follow-up emails we keep your email address on a suppression list so we do not email you again.
What are your rights and choices?
Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to correct it, to delete it and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share it. To make a request, email info@zitsolution.org. We will respond within the time required by law and will not treat you differently for making a request. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you also have rights under data protection law, including to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to the use of your personal data, to data portability, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local authority.
To stop follow-up emails at any time, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
How do we protect your information?
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted administrator access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
